Is this a Strata?

No. Trails Edge is located within the Town of Lake Cowichan municipality and are fee simple lots.

What services are in place?

Each lot includes underground connections to the lot line for water, storm, sewer, hydro, Shaw and Telus. Sidewalks & ornamental LED street lights are part of the streetscape.

Are there architectural controls and guidelines?
